This web-page has links to many GUI-components and hierarchy of GUI-components created in the last century (i.e. during 1999 and 2000) using reusable classes for presenting GUI-components. The reusable classes to present GUI-components also referred to as reusable CCG (Component Code generators) classes for presenting GUI-components.
Some of the examples are for hierarchies of SVG components and others or for hierarchies of HTML/DHTML components, which were created by using CCGs. Most of the HTML/DHTML components were created by using CCGs capable of generating compatible code for both IE3 and Netscape browsers.
All these components and component-hierarchies were created only to absolutely make sure, our ideas work. For example, to make sure that it is possible to build component-hierarchies by using CCGs for then partial implementations of DOM or incompatible and still non-standard competing browser implementations. It is amazing many of the components and component hierarchies of HTML/DHTML still work in Internet Explored, while rest can still only work in Internet Explorer 10 when selected ‘Compatible Mode’. Please press button ‘F12’ to select ‘Compatible Mode’.
The components and component hierarchies of SVG
were built to only available SVG Viewer then, which is Adobe’s SVG Viewer (ASV).
Please
download the
ASV3 from Adobe’s website to install the ASV3.
Please only view this example using Internet Explorer on windows, and if encounter any issues please press ‘F12’ to select ‘Compatible Mode’.
